After a top-secret experiment goes awry, a hyper-intelligent invisible predator escapes from the lab and begins wreaking havoc on the neighborhood. When the creature’s identity is discovered, it soon becomes clear that a disgraced paleontologist—along with his ex-girlfriend, a deranged amusement park security guard, and a notorious local chicken farmer—is the town’s only hope of surviving the voracious bird of prey.
