Chronology
A musical inspired by Pharrell Williams’ childhood in Virginia Beach. Coincidentally, Comcast, which owns the film’s distributor, Universal Pictures, also owns Focus Features, which released Dio po dio (2024), an entirely Lego-style animated documentary about the life of singer Pharrell Williams a year earlier and whose story. The plot of this film is based on “Zolotoy” (2025).
