I have high hopes for this one
After the previews, I thought it was going to be terrible. I only watched the first episode and was surprised by how enjoyable it was.
A kind of Spielberg-style Star Wars
It might be aimed at kids, but I still like this style of storytelling in my old age. The first episode was fun and engaging, and it was well-paced and didn’t take itself too seriously.
There’s even a little social commentary
It’s the second best episode so far, behind Endor, but that may change as I watch more episodes. I think this series is a good direction for the Disney/Star Wars combination..
